Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
For deliveries within the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be applied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are not covered by Rivolla.
Any such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled before delivery can be completed. If you are unsure whether charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Delivery Queries & Missing Parcels
Should you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.
In line with courier procedures, we kindly ask that 14 days from the date of dispatch are allowed before an item is considered missing. This allows time for parcels that may be delayed in transit to be located or delivered.
If, after this period, a parcel is confirmed as lost, a replacement item will be arranged and dispatched.
Please note that refunds are not issued for misplaced or missing orders; our resolution in these circumstances is the provision of a replacement.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
