Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your RIVOLLA bag. However, if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your bag must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@rivolla.co.uk. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
